Winery and Wine Tasting in the Colli Euganei

Most of the DOC zone lies within the borders of the Colli Euganei Regional Park.

Nature has created a favorable habitat for vines on these hills, with soil that is volcanic in origin. Vineyards, documented as early as Roman times. The grapes are primarily Tocai, Merlot and Cabernet, but there are also more specific varieties. Outstanding is the presence of Moscato, both Giallo (yellow) and Bianco (white), denominated in the Fior d'Arancio zone. Moscato grape

Fior d'Arancio is a sparkling wine with light yellow color, with golden glares, with a persistent scent, intense and typical of the grape, which remembers citric scents; its taste is sweet and balanced. It can be found in the version of "Sparkling wine" or "Raisin wine".

The sparkling wine goes perfectly well with pastry of sheets, cakes and pies of fruit; the raisin wine matches well with dry pastry and biscuits.
