To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required. You can
either send your Visa/Mastercard details or make a bank transfer.
The deposit is necessary to fix the booking, and it cannot be
refunded in case of cancellation.
Balance and cancellation policy:
Rooms
The payment of the balance will be on the day of your arrival.
25% of the balance is required if the cancellation is less than
30 days prior to arrival
50% of the balance is required if the cancellation is than 15
days prior to arrival
100% of the balance is required if the booking is cancelled
less than 7 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show
Apartments
A full payment of the balance is required
within 30 days before arrival.
100% of full fee is lost if cancelled
less than 30 days prior to arrival
Important:
Cancellation must be made in writing (email
or fax) by the person who has made the booking. The notice becomes
effective from the date of receipt by Castel Venezze.
Pets:
They are allowed, on request and for max.1 pet
per room/apt. Eur 5,00 extra per night.
Double room as a single use:
Extra charge Eur 20,00
Third bed:
Children 0-3 y.o. free
Children 4-12 on demand and upon availability
Arrival/Departure
Rooms are available from 03.00 PM on day of arrival.
Check-out is by 10.00 AM on day of departure
for the convenience of arriving guests.
Apartments are available from 04.00 PM
on day of arrival. until 10.00 AM on day of departure.
