To confirm a booking, full prepayment must be made to secure
the reservation.
Reservations will be automatically released
if payment is not made within the specified period.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing by
the person who has made the booking. Any such notice will become
effective from the date of receipt by Castel Venezze. Cancellation
charges will be levied as follow:
Rooms
25% of full fee is lost if cancelled less than 30 days prior
to arrival
50% of full fee is lost if cancelled less than 15 days prior
to arrival
100% of full fee is lost if cancelled less than 7 days prior
to arrival
Apartments
Full prepayment is required 30 days prior
to arrival.
25% of full fee is lost if cancelled less
than 90 days prior to arrival
50% of full fee is lost if cancelled
less than 60 days prior to arrival
100% of full fee is lost if cancelled
less than 30 days prior to arrival
Pets:
They are allowed, Eur 3,50 per day
Double room as a single:
Extra charge Eur 15,00
Third bed:
Up to 2 years old free of charge
Fromm 2 to 6 years discount 50%,
from 7 to 10 years discount 30%
adults discount 20%
Arrival/Departure
Rooms may be occupied from 03.00 PM on day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 AM on day
of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.
Apartments may be occupied from 05.00
PM on day of arrival. and most be vacated by 10.00 AM on day of
departure.
The acceptable arrival times are: 3:00
