To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is required. You can use
your Visa/Mastercard or make a bank transfer. The deposit is necessary
to fix the booking, and cannot be paid back.
Payments
Reservations will be automatically canceled
if payments, both of the deposit and of the balance, are not made
within the specified period.
Balance & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing (email
or fax) by the person who has made the booking. The notice becomes
effective from the date of receipt by Castel Venezze. Cancellation
charges after the payment of the balance will be levied as follow:
Rooms
25% of full fee is lost if cancelled less than 30 days prior
to arrival
50% of full fee is lost if cancelled less than 15 days prior
to arrival
100% of full fee is lost if cancelled less than 7 days prior
to arrival
Apartments
Full prepayment is required within 30
days before arrival.
25% of full fee is lost if cancelled less
than 90 days prior to arrival
50% of full fee is lost if cancelled
less than 60 days prior to arrival
100% of full fee is lost if cancelled
less than 30 days prior to arrival
Important: the management keeps the right of changing your booking
with another apartment, always ensuring the same services and
the quality standards.
Pets:
They are allowed, on request and for max.1 pet
per room/apt. Eur 5,00 extra per night.
Double room as a single use:

Third bed:

Cot: Euros 15 per night. Free if you bring your own camping cot
Children 4-9 y.o.: B&B Euros 15 per night, HB Euros 25 per

Arrival/Departure
Rooms are available from 03.00 PM on day of arrival.
Check-out is by 10.00 AM on day of departure
for the convenience of arriving guests.
Apartments are available from 04.00 PM
on day of arrival. until 10.00 AM on day of departure.
