Guests can have dinner in our restaurant,
that has been completely rebuilt in a traditional style and is completely
reserved for our guests.
Since opening our doors in June 2003 we have aimed
to serve top quality food using only fresh, local ingredients, served
and presented to create an atmosphere.
Our cooking philosophy
Bread, wine and oil are the basic ingredients used for preparing
each dish.
A careful and continous research for territopry-related ingredients
gives freshness and typicalness to all dishes: every recipe is based
on local top quality ingredients.

Our meat comes from the best farms of Polesine. You can taste some
specialities such as ravioli, lasagne, tortellini and tagliatelle.
You can also try typical regional food, prepared with fresh ingredients
grown in the local area, a variety of pastas , healty meats, vegetables
and home made cakes.

Dinner: 25,00 Euros per person. Reduction for children
and for guests that book the half board accommodation Light lunch: 15,00 Euros per person

Hands-on Cooking Lessons
They are available in April, May, June, September and October. We
offer you one-day, three-day and five-day corses. From historical
regional recipes or modern Italian ones, whatever you choose will

The wines
Our wine-tasting moments with our certified Italian Sommelier are
always available in the fashinating atmosphere of Castel Venezze
Estate or in the cellars of the wine production areas of the region.
We have a large range of selected wines that come from the region,
like: Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Prosecco.
