Guests can dining in our style restaurant
that has been completely rebuilt in a traditional stylish and is
completely reserved for our guests.
Since opening our doors in June 2003 we have aimed
to serve top quality food using fresh, local ingredients, imaginatively
served and presented in a unstuffy environment to create an atmosphere
which allows you to enjoy your dining experience with us to the
full.
Kitchen philosophy
Bread, wine and oil are the basic ingredients used for preparing
each dish.
A careful and continous research for territopry-related ingredients
gives freshness and typicalness to the dishes: every recipe is based
on local ingredients and research for quality.

Our seafood comes direct from the boats at Chioggia, landed by
local divers and fishermen. Our meat comes from the best farm of
Delta Po. You can taste some specialities such as ravioli and tagliatelle.
Seafood dishes can be confidently recommended. You can also try
typical regional food, prepared with fresh ingredients grown in
the farm, light entrees, a variety of pastas , healty meats, vegetable
entrees and home made cakes.

Light lunch: 15,00 Euros per person
Value for money:
If you choose half board you will pay only 18,00 Euros instead of
22,00 (discount 18%)
Hands-on Cooking Lessons
Are available from April to October. They can vary from a morning
or afternoon, to a whole week. Choose from historical regional recipes
or modern Italian, whatever you choose will give an unrivalled gastronomic

The wines
Our wine-tasting corner is opened all day long in order to allow
wine tasting in the fashinating atmosphere of Castel Venezze Estate.
We have a large range of selected wine that come from the region,
like Cabernet, Merlot , Chardonnay, Pinot and Prosecco.
