The Plan is reserved for guests staying in the rooms and in the apartments of Tenuta Castel Venezze. Dinner is served in our restaurant, at the ground floor of the old sixteenth-century palace after a long and careful restoration. In mid and high season we offer algi guests half board. On weekends half-board is mandatory.
The professional kitchen and restaurant were innaugurati in June 2003, our philosophy is based on the simplicity of the ingredients, which must be fresh, locally sourced and of the highest quality. Dinner consists of a three-course menu with specialties of the house.
The kitchen is the undisputed realm of our cooks, renowned for their skill in preparing dishes, the result of experience and secrets passed down for centuries from generation to generation. Tastes endangered living thanks to the wise and careful preparation of those who consider cooking a real art, as the best traditional Venetian country. The dishes we serve, is the sum of a gastronomical heritage rich in history and tradition, and second, all equally delicious with meat from local farms and fresh vegetables from our own production. During the low season, half board will be provided at weekends or on request when booking. Dinner is served every evening at 20:00. Breakfast from 8:30 to 10:00.
We have a large selection of wines d.o.c. Local and Regional: Cabernet, Merlot, Capifosso, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Prosecco, Refosco, Friulano, Valpolicella, Custoza, Soave, Amarone and others.
Guests of our farm Venetian can book one or more days of our cooking classes in which will learn how to prepare fresh pasta, ravioli, gnocchi, pizza and many other dishes of Italian cuisine. The courses take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, beginning at 10:30 am.
